I was one of the fifty, if that, or so folks who were at that show which you covered so thoroughly in your piece. For $12 we got more than our money’s worth, and then some! I missed the first band, but we did run into them at Not Your Average Joe’s around the corner before their set. I agree with you about the woeful lack of promotion, but I think the Regent deserves kudos for hosting such an excellent show. Maybe we can help them promote some of their future shows? (Regent are you listening?) Chris Smither is playing there in the fall, and it would be nice to see the old theater filled.
