A hint of wistfulness permeates throughout in the soft strumming, subtle strings, tinkling bits of piano and plainspoken, reverb-soaked vocals.<\/p>\n<p>Quiet Hollers released their debut album <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/quiethollers.bandcamp.com\/album\/i-am-the-morning\">I Am The Morning<\/a><\/strong> in 2013 and their self-produced <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/quiethollers.bandcamp.com\/album\/quiet-hollers\">self-titled album<\/a><\/strong> last October, with a few singles from the latest album, including the stunning southern gothic vibe of &#8220;Mont Blanc,&#8221; with introspective storytelling from singer-songwriter and frontman Shadwick Wilde. It also has the amazing line &#8220;Shed a tear for the books I should have read.&#8221; Oh, the regrets! So sad, so beautiful.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"100%\" height=\"166\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"no\" src=\"https:\/\/w.soundcloud.com\/player\/?url=https%3A\/\/api.soundcloud.com\/tracks\/217768506&amp;color=ff5500&amp;auto_play=false&amp;hide_related=false&amp;show_comments=true&amp;show_user=true&amp;show_reposts=false\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The band is currently working on their third album, and they&#8217;re touring all summer, hitting towns across the midwest and elsewhere. They&#8217;ll be in Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia, Illinois, Wisconsin and Colorado. Check <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.quiethollers.com\/#tour-section\">their website<\/a><\/strong> for details.
