Sometimes, one must examine our structured life to make sure it will allow for new ideas and experiences to come in.<\/p>\n<p>It is important to have structure in one&#8217;s life, to face the world and come at new challenges from a secure and steady place, but it is possible to become overly rigid. A dear friend once said to me that one of the most important lessons we can learn as we get older is to be flexible.<\/p>\nshare this:  <a class=\"synved-social-button synved-social-button-share
