Better late than never; that’s what I always say. Especially this past week and a half.<\/p>\n

Singer-songwriter Andrew Hoover will be opening for Sister Hazel at the Paradise Rock Club on October 21 (that’s tonight, in a few hours from now). Bluesy and soulful with pop influences; a nice sound that probably transfers very well live. Have a listen. <\/p>\n

(from the press release): Fans of Marc Broussard and Ray LaMontagne will click immediately, but his pop appeal is universal. He released his full-band debut album, \u201cChances, Stances & Romances,\u201d on September 22nd. The 21 year-old Connecticut-based performer signed with Rock Ridge Music in 2008, and hit the studio in New York City to record his full-length debut. In addition to the NYC sessions, Andrew traveled South to work with Chris Henderson of 3 Doors Down fame at his Rivergate Studios in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Andrew Hoover has performed in support of Sister Hazel, Elliott Yamin, Tim Reynolds, Dave Barnes, Ernie Halter, Ari Hest, the Alternate Routes, and Kate Voegele.<\/p>\n
